I have bought and sold several items from MPB. They make it very easy, descriptions are accurate and their pick up and delivery service is very polished.

Fast service, no issues

Another excellent lens trade from MPB, gave a good price for the one I traded in and gave a keen price on the one I bought.Always easy and pleasant to deal with, good, quick and safe delivery via DPD next day.

Sold two lenses to MPB, they agreed with my assessment of the lenses and paid into my account very promptly, You'll not get what they sell them for but it's a fair price, and they've got to make a buck or two.

I run a video production company. I had some gear lying around that I hadn't used in years, and so put in the model numbers into MPB, and quite a decent quote came back.I packaged them up, and they collected as promised.Here is where the wierdness started:I checked all equipment thoroughly and although it obviously had signs of use, it functioned perfectly.I was expecting to be knocked down a bit, but their "technical" people said the camera had a fault throughout the entire zoom range. I asked to have the camera returned, where it showed absolutely no sign of this.The other camera was said to have dead pixels - again I checked this before I sent it and know this wasn't the case.However the offer they made seemed fair given the age of the equipment so I accepted - part exchanging a tripod and gopro fusion.All the gear arrived promptly - tripod was great. However when I paid for the Fusion, the description said it was well used, with scratch on rear screen.This turned out to be a deep scratch on the rear lens, making this pretty well useless. It also has other hardware faults.Funny how their experts completely missed this, although I suspect they were aware of the scratch as there was an abrasive polish compound in the lens surround...Anyway - to cut a long story short I have drawn a line under this experience and will never use them again.It all seems very underhand - and I have no faith in their descriptions anymore.It's a great shame because the staff I spoke to were pleasant and polite, and their pickup and delivery service was good.

website easy to use and the description of the lens very accurate. Delivery exactly as promised and tracking accurate I saved a lot of money on a nearly new lens and have a lot of confidence in buying from this site

It was easy to do. Very good and very fair. Would certainly sell to them again but sometimes though price offered was lower than some competitors.
